Reiki I and II Training
Join Reiki Master Teacher Annemarie Heckert for a full afternoon of Reiki I and Reiki II training.
Reiki Level 1: Shoden (The Entrance)
The first level focuses on self-healing, grounding, and understanding the history and foundational mechanics of Reiki energy.
The History & Principles: Learn the origins of Usui Reiki and the five core principles for daily mindful living.

The Sacred Symbols: Learn how to draw, activate, and integrate the three primary Reiki symbols for power, mental/emotional healing, and distance work.
Healing Others: Learn how to safely perform full-body healing sessions on friends, family, and pets.
Distance Healing: Master techniques to send Reiki across a room, across the world, or to situations in the past, present, and future.
Advanced Healing Techniques: Discover how to clear negative energy from physical spaces.
